Do you really provide 24/7 support?

How do you bill and receive payment?

Does ReplyManager work well with storefronts other than eBay?
Yes. In fact, in addition to eBay, many of our customers have storefronts in multiple environments (such as Amazon or Magento). In addition to reading from the eBay API, ReplyManager also reads from POP3 and IMAP accounts and uses rules to automatically organize emails based on keywords, from email address, etc.
